Lovewell Institute
for the Creative Arts
Lovewell is a creative arts organization where participants collaborate to write, create, produce, and perform a full-length original musical over the course of a three week workshop. Kimmi has been a part of the Lovewell Community for the last eleven years, first as a student and now a staff member, wearing the hats of Director, Assistant Director, and Choreographer for the Junior and Teen programs. In the summer of 2019, Kimmi traveled to Sweden to choreograph the Teen and Junior workshops.
Shark Gold, Director
Nova Southeastern University
Kimmi is the Director of Nova Southeastern University's newest singing group, Shark Gold. Year round, she recruits singers for the group, coaches current students, prepares and researches material, produces work, and manages performances of this classic group. Shark Gold has a mission to recreate iconic performances of the most influential artists over the last 100 years for today's audience.
Orlando Shakespeare Theater
Acting/Education Intern for Orlando Shakespeare Theater's 2015-2016 season. In addition to performing in their Signature and Children's Series' (Spamalot, The Tempest, The Adventures of Pericles, Magic Tree House: A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dickens, and Elephant and Piggie's "We Are in a Play"), she taught classes and workshops to elementary, middle, and high school students in the community, and assisted in the office of New Play Development.
